Registration and Student visa procedure

The student should send a complete CV, application and a letter of motivation to Geneva IT Institute.

If accepted, payment from the student is due covering the first year scholarship fees.

Geneva IT Institute will send a confirmation to the student that he/she is accepted.

Thereupon, the student will contact the Swiss Consulate in his/her country of residence in order to obtain a visa.

Other conditions

Geneva IT Institute will refund the entire scholarship fees only in case of refusal by the Swiss authorities to deliver a visa to the student after deduction of CHF. 250.- as administrative fees.

Before arriving in Switzerland, the student who has been granted student visa can cancel the contract.

Geneva IT Institute will refund the scholarship fees minus CHF. 5’500.- representing all administrative fees.

Any cancellation of the contract should be notified to Geneva IT Institute by registered letter at least one month in advance. No refund will be made.

Concerning accommodations and health insurance, please contact our Student Department which will guide you and perform the necessary steps in that matter.
