Terms and Conditions of Use

(For Blended Online Courses)

Welcome to GITI. By enrolling in or using our courses, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility
  • Our courses are open to individuals aged minimum age 16+.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that you meet all prerequisites listed for each course.
  • Parents or guardians must approve the registration of minors.
2. Course Access & Usage
  • Courses are delivered in a blended format:
    • Self-paced modules (videos, readings, assignments).
    • Live online sessions (workshops, Q&A, group projects).
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Course content remains the intellectual property of GITI and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without prior written consent.
3. Enrollment & Payment
  • Enrollment is confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.
  • All fees are listed in USD and must be paid via approved payment methods.
  • Access to course materials may be suspended in case of non-payment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GITI , we strive to provide high-quality blended courses that combine self-paced learning with live online sessions. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following conditions apply to refunds and cancellations:

b. Course Bundles & Discounts
  • If the student enrolled under a bundle offer, discounted package, or promotional price, refunds will be calculated based on the standard (non-discounted) rate of the courses accessed.
  • Free add-ons (e.g., bonus workshops, eBooks) are non-refundable.
c. Non-Refundable Items
  • Certification exam fees, registration fees, or digital materials (e.g., eBooks, downloads) are non-refundable once provided.
  • Missed live sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling unless specifically stated.
d. Cancellations by the Academy
  • If GITI cancels a course before it begins, students will receive a full refund.
  • If a course is canceled after it has started, students will receive a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the course not delivered.
  • Instructors or session changes do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
e. Transfers & Substitutions (Optional Clause)
  • Instead of requesting a refund, students may request to:
    • Transfer their enrollment to a later course date (subject to availability).
    • Substitute another participant in their place (before the course starts).
  • Transfer and substitution requests are subject to an administrative fee(to see with admin).
f. Force Majeure & Exceptions
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, political events, etc.).
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refund or deferral requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the academy’s management.
5. Attendance & Participation (Blended Learning)
  • Live online sessions are an essential component of blended courses.
  • Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions or review recordings (if available).
  • Instructors may require minimum attendance or assignment completion to issue certificates.
6. Certification
  • Certificates of completion are awarded upon fulfilling the requirements:
    • Completion of all mandatory modules.
    • Participation in live sessions (as required).
    • Successful completion of assessments or capstone projects.
7. Technology Requirements
  • Students are responsible for ensuring access to:
    • A stable internet connection.
    • A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
    • Required software (e.g., Zoom, LMS platform, PDF reader).
  • Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds.
8. Code of Conduct
  • Respectful behavior is expected in all live sessions and community spaces.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • GITI is not liable for:
    • Any personal loss, injury, or business interruption arising from course participation.
    • The accuracy of third-party tools or resources used during training.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the course fees paid.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
  • We collect and process student information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By enrolling, you consent to the storage and use of your data for course administration.
11. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
