Course Overview
The Cisco CCNA v7 programme is a comprehensive, industry-recognized training pathway for students and IT professionals who want to gain practical and theoretical knowledge in networking, routing, switching, and cybersecurity. Delivered through Cisco Networking Academy, this course prepares participants for a career in networking and IT infrastructure.
Through hands-on labs, interactive activities, and real-world simulations using Cisco Packet Tracer, students will acquire the skills to configure, manage, and troubleshoot modern networks, from local area networks (LANs) to wide area networks (WANs).
No matter where you are located, this programme equips you with the knowledge to advance your IT and networking career.
Course Objectives

- Understand different types of networks and their architectures
- Configure and manage Virtual LANs (VLANs)
- Use Cisco Packet Tracer to simulate network configurations
- Gain expertise in routing and switching within LANs and WANs
- Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) to secure networks
- Understand the OSI model and its application
- Create and assign IP addresses effectively
- Understand and configure routing protocols
- Install, configure, and manage routers and switches
